PR Research

There are many different methods to conduct research. There are empirical research, experimental researchqualitative research, and historical research. When you are conducting t study you have to make sure that it is reliable that you get the same results each time you conduct the study. You also have to check the validity of the study to make sure that the research actually studies what you want to study. In most good research you use reasoning there are two kinds of reasoning deductive reasoning and inductive reasoning. In deductive reasoning you use logic and come to a conclusion based on knowing that something is true . Inductive reasoning is when you make general conclusions based on your own experiences.
After you use one of these methods to conduct a study you have to analyze and interpret the results that you gained from the study. When analyzing the information the researcher has a responsibility to make sure you use all the data gathered and that they are not made up or altered. After you gather all your information from your study you should make a research report to explain in detail the data that you collected and what information you have gained from doing the study. There are two types of research reports there is an academic research report that has strict guidelines and expectations and then there is the business research report that is used in PR and advertising that stresses the findings of the study.
